Don't know the full details, but there was some accident on the line, with the commute 6.15pm Dublin-Longford train, had to stop at Mullingar, 26th Feb 2020. The staff were excellent at handling the situation, and swiftly organised a bus service, calling on Slevins Coaches of Mullingar. Mick Price representing them, was at home having a wee nap when he got the call. Felt like only a few minutes, but came in no time and got us all the way home on the last leg to Longford Town. Thoughts with any family involved and driver of a previous train, and special thanks to the guys at Mullingar train station, for their professionalism.
Bumped into Pat Clinton Abbey Street Dublin, encourage-able flair for design, I had to ask for a photograph, which he was kindly willing. After a quick chat about the legitimacy of Bill Clintons heritage, he told me he is retired Lectured from a college in Dundalk. Explained his flair, he attributes to growing up in the family business of Drapery, Fashion, and household goods, which is still run by family, which is now a 105 years in business

I was asked to check out a Instagram page by a friend for a friend, who was cooking up a storm in the kitchen. If you check out Sikuka's page you will see such a varied cooking that would make any chef jealous. Sikuka does it as a hobbie at the moment, while studying in college. Sikuka Rose MaGuire, settled in Longford, and has a great passion for food, might inspire you, Sikuka made me the best soup I ever had wasn't even expecting it, and a few sweet cinnamon rolls that were delish.
Meet the lovely family business that just set up recently in Longford Town. I was told about this place by several people and I had to check it out. Just across from Aldi and beside Iceland, I was told they are lovely people running it, and great goodies on offer. Bakery, where everything is freshly baked the night before, and I mean the night before. I called by few times and had to talk about it on here. Once you call by you will be soon a regular, check it out and taste fresh baked goods, cakes, buns and bread. They came to Ireland 2012, and living now in Edgeworthstown, and in the last year they had planned to open this store. They believe there is an appetite for Portuguese food stuff and wine, many travel there and they will appreciate what they have on offer. Tiago a handy man with wood also, the benches and all the wood is done by him, he may open up a space upstairs in near future to sell furniture and various wood workings, he is already getting orders. Taigo's father also helping out with the business, its all hands on deck, I bumped into Taigo sometime in the evening of the 7th around 7.30pm in a supermarket, and told me he had just not long finished and looked tired, I said what time did you start at, 2am he told me with the baking, and wanted to finish off a new section in store for the staff. The word is spreading fast by word of mouth, its proving a very popular place, don't take my word for it check it out yourself, you be glad you did
