What a exciting few days, and a mix of story and Photos. From a pleasant meeting with a young man, playing a Piano in Connolly Station, a new initiative by Iarnrod Eireann Railway, to have it permanetly in Connolly Station Dublin Ireland. Which the young man I had met, Paul Duggan, and also hearing others playing it, its a great idea, lifting dreary faces in the morning. Too Graduation of students from Templemichael College in the Longford Arms Hotel, all were extremely happy and proud along with family and friends. Walked into literally the Beano Show by Horace Panter, the 'Specials' Bassist Player. Ebow Art Gallery Dublin, had Beano favorites plastered all over windows, I just had to visit, one of my favorite character Gnasher and Dennis were in it too, brought back fond memories,
Grudge match between Longford Towns Camlin FC v Moydow, 15th Sept in the Mall Complex. Camlin ran out 3 - 1 winners. Only seen the first half, at first was a competitive game, until eventually got control and lead half time 2 - 0. the 16th during mass there was poignant added remembrance of those who lost their lifes, on duty in arms service representing us. After mass Local Pipe Band led the party to the Mall complex, where wreaths were laid at the memorial plaque, names of them that lost their life's, and a a minute silence was observed and a loan piper played a lament after. Local dignitaries were in attendance alongside friends and relatives.
