He got a transfer to Philippine's Red Cross, back in 2005.
he was an instructor for disaster management and first aid. he also met his wife while working there in here area of Cebu, with fire service in 2012, Franciscka. it was religion my Christian beliefs that aided me in my journey, with the reading about the good Samaritan in the Bible.
